Patrick Carter is the founder of Digital Folio and is responsible for Digital Folio's overall leadership and vision. His background consists of more than 25 years' experience in customer experience management, direct marketing, analytics, consulting, and executive management.
As a global BPO executive, Patrick led Global Financial Services and Solutions for
a billion-dollar customer management/BPO corporation. As a direct marketing executive,
he served as president and CEO of TBi, an Omnicom Group, Inc. company, where he
was responsible for establishing TBi as a leading provider of database marketing
solutions. And in the realm of senior CRM leadership, Patrick has managed CRM consulting
practice areas as global managing partner of Scient's Global CRM practice and as
senior leader of the CRM practice area within Ernst & Young's Business Intelligence
service line.
Patrick's client experience includes Microsoft, Qwest, AT&T Wireless, AT&T, MCI,
British Airways, FedEx, Staples, Best Buy, Lloyds TSB, American Airlines, JP Morgan
Chase, HSBC, CitiGroup, Tyson Foods, Walmart, and others. He is currently a member
of the Microsoft Worldwide ISV (Independent Software Vendors) Partner Advisory Council.
Patrick holds dual degrees in Marketing and Management Information Systems from
Syracuse University.
Mark Tinucci, Vice President, Data Platform
Mark Tinucci is a career data services and direct marketing executive with experience
in growing data and marketing solution organizations. For more than 20 years he's
worked in a wide variety of industries, including retail, automotive and finance.
Mark's experience includes roles as Director, CRM and Customer Experience at Sears
Holdings; Senior Vice President, Marketing Operations and Technology Solutions at
Mosaic Group; SVP/Managing Director, Digitas Database Marketing Group; and several
years in product development and management with TRW Information Systems and Services
(now Experian), where he was responsible for the development and integration of
online, real-time data access and database marketing products and services in their
U.S. Technology Center in Dallas.
Mark's key clients have included Kodak, Best Buy, Celestica, T-Mobile, General Motors,
Hewlett-Packard, Dell, Chrysler, Bristol-Myers Squibb, The Home Depot, AT&T, American
Express, HTC, Motorola and IBM.
Brett Lefebvre, Technical Lead
In his role as Technical Lead, Brett Lefebvre oversees product and client project
solutions at Digital Folio, with an emphasis on IT architecture and software development.
Brett gained extensive management, business development, software development/engineering,
and product delivery experience during his years at Boulder-based AppVenture and
Mapleton Hill Media.
Brett holds a degree in computer science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Bill Gorski has spent more than 20 years helping Fortune 500 companies build brands,
manage customer relationships, and improve the ROI on marketing investments. Throughout
his career Bill has focused on innovative ways to engage customers through the use
of media, advertising, promotions, shopper marketing, and CRM.
A pioneer in both Digital and Direct Marketing communications channels, Bill is
a change agent who built high-performance teams, developed new capabilities, and
stimulated significant revenue growth while holding leadership positions at agencies
OMD, DraftFCB, and Digitas. Bill has worked with clients in virtually every business
category. He has deep experience in retail, automotive, financial services, and
healthcare as well as in the packaged goods, technology, travel, education, and
insurance categories.
Currently Chief Strategy Officer at InStadium, Bill has served as Chief Marketing
Officer and Online Business Leader at Sears Automotive Division and has also held
key positions at Fidelity Investments, Ford Motor Company, and Toyota.
John Hoholik
John Hoholik is an entrepreneur, senior executive, and board director with more
than 25 years of global experience in strategic planning, brand building, customer
loyalty, marketing strategy, and business development. John has a track record of
producing strong results with start-up and public corporations and has worked with
brands such as FEDEX, American Express, AT&T, Bank of America, and JPMorgan Chase.
John has served in senior management positions at LUUMENA and Evolvondemand as well
as at TeleTech, Inc., with an annual revenue of $1.2 billion. As President, Marketing
& Technology Solutions for Mosaic Group, he built and led his team to $70 million
in revenues in its first year. While at Digitas, Inc., John served as Partner and
EVP of the Customer Management Group. Digitas was acquired by PublicisGroupe for
$1.3 billion in 2006.
